This website is operated by PawMotion. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PawMotion. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available on it, to you on the condition that you accept all of the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referred to here. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or break any laws in your jurisdiction while using the site. You must not send any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature. Breaking any of these Terms will result in your access being terminated immediately.

All sales are final, and products are not eligible for refund, return or exchange, as set out in our Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows any colour accurately. We may limit sales of any product to any person, region or jurisdiction, limit quantities, and change product descriptions or pricing at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the quality of any product will meet your expectations.

Section 6 – Orders, Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we may try to notify you using the email address, billing address or phone number provided with the order. Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once placed, as set out in our Refund Policy. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information so we can complete your order and contact you if needed.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will still be enforced to the fullest extent the law allows, and the unenforceable portion will be treated as removed. This does not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us. You may terminate them at any time by no longer using our site. If we believe you have failed to comply with any of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and deny you access to the site.
